How do I change or cancel my order?

Kindly keep in mind that we produce on demand. We do not stock items. Once an item is being printed, unfortunately it can not be used for any purpose. However, it’s difficult if the order received is not as our customers want actually. Thus we will support as much as possible for these cases.

You can free cancel/change your order within 12 hours of placing your order for any reason. Out of the time, we will not be able to free cancel/changing your order any more. If your order is shipped out, we can not make any change/cancel on your order anymore.

What payment methods do you accept?
Methods of payment available are based on the country where the order is from and the total amount on the bill.
Credit/Debit card:
Your credit/debit card will automatically be charged by our financial service provider. Your order will begin processing after all necessary verifications have been completed.
The transaction will be processed by PayPal, an external financial service provider. During the checkout process, you will be redirected to PayPal and pay with your account there. Your data will not be transferred to Shirtsaurus. After PayPal has completed verifications, your order will then be processed.
When shopping on our website, payments will be processed in USD. If your credit card company or bank uses a different currency, the final transaction price may differ due to currency exchange rates. Please contact your payment provider for further information.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you change your shipping address, please contact us at support@wezpod.com

within 12 HOURS after placing. Customer service staffs will check your order and confirm asap.

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vocational address as we do not know how long the destination’s customs department will have the package on hold.

When will I get my tracking number?

Once the order has been processed, tracking number usually takes 1-2 business days to be generated.
Please take note to allow 1 – 2 days processing time ( For 2D products )
5 – 10 days processing time ( For prinfull 3D products ) Business days for your tracking information to be updated.
=> If you have not received your tracking number within maximum 5 business days or if the tracking status is “not available” 1 – 2 days processing time ( For 2D products ) and 5 – 10 days processing time ( For prinfull 3D products ) days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at support@wezpod.com

Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as, When it’s the high peak of demand for logistics or Reason for corona virus (COVID-19)> holiday > festival >disaster > strike> demonstration…It will be slower according to the incidents which we can not control. However, we will have your order delivered or refunded if it gets lost.

How do I return an item?



· Requests for returns, exchanges or refunds must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
· Please keep the shipping label in case of incidents.
· Do NOT return the order by your own before contacting us via this form below first. Do NOT use the returned address on the shipping label. It’s just for shippers belonging to shipping companies, NOT recipients.
· After receiving your response via the form below, we will review and respond to you via your email address ASAP.
· You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind”. We print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
· You do not use the form above to have your return request reviewed and approved by our team, prior to you sending your product back.
· The item(s) have been worn or washed
· The item(s) have been altered in any way
· The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and saleable condition unless the condition is our fault
· The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
· The item(s) have some redundant thread that can be cut/fixed easily.
· The item(s) were discounted 20% or more.
· Our tags are cut, damaged in any way.
· The item(s) are not far different from the description and our product quality information.


Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.

I need my order fast, do you guys provide expedited shipping?

If you want to receive your order early than the casual delivery time, please contact us : support@wezpod.com  as soon as you place. We will change the shipping method for you. But you will pay extra for the shipping service.


We think quality should speak for itself. Therefore we only charge shipping on
one-off orders. Basically, this means that For everything you order 100 USD or above on Monkstars, shipping is on us!

Domestic (US):
Free shipping: Order over 100$
Standard Shipping: 4.99 For first item + 1.99 for additional item.
Insurrance Shipping 12.99 for first item + 6.99 for additional item.

International Shipping:
Free shipping: Order over 100$
Standard Shipping: 6.95 For first item + 2.95 for additional item.
Insurrance Shipping 12.99 for first item + 6.99 for additional item.

Order value used to count its freight is the after discounted value.

Expedited shipping (3-10 days):

Free ship by Expedited shipping methods (DHL/UPS line/S.F Express…) for orders over 10 items

For orders of 10 items or less:

– To USA: 15 per each of the first items + 8 for additional item

– To Brazil/Mexico/South Africa: 25 per each of the first items + 8 for additional item

– To the rest countries: 20 per each of the first items + 8 for additional item


You can choose Standard Shipping at a cheaper cost but if the goods are lost
when shipped, we will not refund you, if the goods you receive are defective,
broken, … but cause not by you, we will send you a replacement product
or refund you (if you want the refund, you need to send the package back).

Free shipping is regarded as standard Shipping


Because there is always a risk that goods in transit may be damaged, lost
or delayed, you can choose to transport with Insurance.
When your goods have any errors due to shipping, we will immediately send
you another product or refund you without asking for
any whatever. Besides opting for transportation insurance, making sure the
goods are packed safely and securely also mitigates any loss.

Expedited shipping is regarded as a shipping with insurance.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven’t received a credit for your return yet, here’s what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund to you.
